高校办成人高等教育有师资优势、设备优势、学科优势和管理优势,但是也存在着办学模式的套用、投入不足、布局不合理等问题.本文在此基础上,提出了办好成人高等教育的策略和措施.

The University have supremacy of teacher, equipment, subject and man-agment to run adult high education. However, it has problem of use indiscriminately way of runing University, invest and disctribution. In the basic, tactics of run adult high education was put forward.
