电力调度大楼有别于其它公共建筑，针对于其特殊性，分析了电力调度大楼空调系统的设置，水系统分区、制冷机的选择，生产房的空调方式等几个特殊问题。

The electricity building is different from the public buildings else. Because of its particularity, this paper analyses some technical points such as arrangement of AC systems, dividing of AC water systems, selection of the refrigeration units, way of AC on workshop etc.
