人工老化对莲子活力及抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:3

摘要 莲子在40℃、100%相对湿度下人工加速老化,去壳者在4d后活力显著降低了49%,6d后发芽力降低了25%;不去壳者在15d内没有变化.去壳者在老化过程中,SOD活性降低,电解质渗漏率、MDA含量及LOX活性逐渐增高;胚芽中蛋白含量基本不变,子叶中则降低,但其中热稳定蛋白都显著增加. Lotus seeds ( Nelumbo nucifern Gaertn) were rapidly aged at 40 ℃ and 100% relative humidity in a sealed desiccatorThe vigor of the seeds without pericarp was highly decreased by 49% after 4 d,and the germination was decreased by 25% after 6 dDuring artificial ageing,the SOD activity declined,the lipoxygenase(LOX) activity, MDA content and electrolyte leakage increased graduallyThe protein content remained constant in the plumules and decreased in the cotyledons,but the boilingstable proteins(BSP) increased highly
