摘要
给大鼠每天sc异丙肾上腺素(Isoprenaline,Iso)0.83μmolkg-1造成的心肌损伤的模型上观察3种穿心草口山酮(xanthone,Xan)的作用.结果表明,3种Xan均可明显减轻由异丙肾上腺素引起的心肌损伤,抑制谷草转氨酶(GOT)和乳酸脱氢酶的漏出,减少异丙肾上腺素引起的心肌丙二醛(MDA)的积聚,显著提高心肌中SOD活性.提示Xan对缺血性心脏病可能有一定的保护作用.
It was observed that cardioprotective action of 3 xanthones (Xan) on the myocardial injury model produced by subcutaneous injection of isoproterenol (0.83 μmol·kg·d-1) into rats. Pretreatment with 2 mg·kg-1 of Xan-Ⅰ,Xan-Ⅱ and Xan-Ⅲ significantly ameliorated isoproterenol-induced myocardial lesion;lowered the level of plasma glutamic-oxaloaceticamino transferase (GPT) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) inhibited the increase of lipid peroxidation products(malondialdehde,MDA) and enhanced SOD activity .The potency of xans is Xan-Ⅰ>Xan-Ⅲ>Xan-Ⅱ.
