摘要
考察了以BPO和BPPD为引发剂的马来酸酐聚合影响因素.结果表明,用二甲苯、丙酮与DMF混合溶剂作为反应介质,聚合产率较高,可达68%~90%,BPO的引发效果优于BP-PD,聚合产率随反应温度升高而增加,但存在最适宜的反应温度(125℃),超过此温度产率反而下降.
The influence factors for the redical polymerization of maleic anhydride were investigated.The results showed that the polymerization yied was high(68%~90%) with xylene and mixed soluent of acetone and DMF as reaction midium.The initiating effecience of BPO was higher than that of BPPD.Polymerization yied increased with the increase of temperature,but decreased when the temperature was over 125℃.
