文章讨论了一种基于模板匹配法的印刷体字符的识别方法,并且应用于英文电话本字符识别系统中,取得了很好的效果。
This paper discusses a print-style optical character recognition method based on template match. It has been applied into an English Telephone Notebook Character Recognition System and honors sound result.
