摘要
报道了两个具有“松散”配体的三核相簇合物,的晶体和分子结构,其中晶体(Ⅰ)属于单斜晶系,空间群晶体(Ⅱ)亦属于单科晶系,Mr空间群结果表明,这两个分别通过松散配体取代法和简单Mo化合物的“自兜”反应法得到的产物均属于具有松散配体的三核相簇合物。簇分子均由Mo3和μ3-S构成[Mo3S],每两个Mo间又被一个μ-S所桥连。其中每个Mo周围进一步被一个μ-dtp中的S或一个松散配体(吮咬(Ⅰ)或卞硫醇分子(Ⅱ))以及端基dtp中的2个S所配位,从而使其形成具有六配位的八面体构型。
篢he crystal and molecuIar structures of two trinuclear Mo clusters with 'loose' ligand, Mo3(μ3-S) (μ-S)3 (μ-dtp) (dtp)3 (L) have been determined byX-ray diffraction method. The crystal data are as follows: Crystal (I) is monoclinic, spacegroup P21/n, a=14- 824(5) A, b=22. 219(2) A,R(Ⅱ) is monoclinic, space groupg/cm3,The resultsreveal that the two trinuclear Mo clusters synthesized respectively by substitution reaction of'loose' ligand and 'self-spontaneous' reaction of simple Mo compound, belong to the trinuclearMo cluster compound with 'loose' ligand. In the cluster molecules, the cluster cores (Mo3S4]consist of three Mo atoms and a μ3-S atom, every pair of Mo, is bridged by a μ-S atom. EveryMo atom is further coordinated by a S atom of μ-dtp or a 'loose' ligand (C5H5N (I)) andC6H5CH2SH(Ⅱ) respectively) and two S atoms of the terminal dtp groups. As a results, everyMo atom have a configuration of octahedron with six coordinating atoms.
