摘要 应用血管铸型和扫描电镜方法,对新生大鼠肾脏血管系统的生后发育进行了观察。结果显示,新生大鼠肾脏血管系统未发育成熟。从生后第2天至第8天,仅有肾皮质血管系统的发育。虽然毛细血管球已经形成,但其结构简单,蟠曲分枝少。在肾小体周围,血管系统的发育未完成,没有形成毛细血管网络。有许多呈芽生状态的小血管向外伸展。在第5天,直小动脉开始发育。在第8天,直小动脉变长,并从肾皮质伸向髓质。而且此时肾髓质的血管系统仍未建立。 In the present paper, we observed the postnatal vasculogenesis in the kidneys of neonatal rats through the method of the vascular corrosion casts and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the development of vascular system in the kidneys of neonatal rats was not mature. From the 2nd day to the 8th day after brith, the development of the vascular system was only in the renal cortex. Although the glomeruli were already formed, they had only a simple structure and a few coiled bronches. Around the renal corpuscles, the development of vascular system was not completed, and the capillary network not formed. Many small Vessels appeared as bud growing state to stretch out. On the 5th day, the arteriolae rectae began to develop, and on the 8th day they became longer, and extended toward the medulla from the renal cortex. Even at this time, the vascular system in the renal medulla was not yet established.
