控制结核病的新工具:我们真正需要吗?

摘要 在最近一份广泛发布的宣告中,世界卫生组织(WHO)全球结核病规程预计,在未来的10年,通过实施直接面视下治疗或‘DOTS’。每年结核病发病率将减少一半。这一消息对结核病控制领域是个令人鼓舞的动力,强调指出确保尽可能大范围的执行DOTS是至关重要的。然而,在执行DOTS战略的同时不应排除研究其它控制结核病的方法的可能性是至关重要的。
