复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎患者外周血T-淋巴细胞亚群变化与SIL-2R水平关系的研究

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN T-LYMPHOCYTE SUBPOPULATION AND SOLUBLE INTERLEUKIN-2 RECEPTOR IN RECURRENT SIMPLE HERPETIC KERATITIS

为研究复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎患者外周血T -淋巴细胞群变化与血清可溶性白细胞介素 -2受体水平的关系。测定了 3 0例复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎患者外周血T -淋巴细胞亚群 ,同时检测血清可溶性白细胞介素 -2受体水平并与 2 5例健康人做对照。结果发现复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎患者CD3、CD4 /CD8均值与正常对照组相比明显降低 ;血清可溶性白细胞介素 -2受体与对照组比较显著增高。认为复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎患者体内免疫功能低下 ,可溶性白细胞介素 -2受体水平升高可能是其原因之一 。

This article is a study on the relationship between T-lymphocyte subpopulation and soluble interleukin-2 receptor(SIL-2R) in recurrent simple herpetic keratitis.We tested T-lymphocyte subpopulation of blood of periphery and soluble interleukin-2 receptor(SIL-2R) in 30 cases of recurrent simple herpetic keratitis,and 25 cases of healthy people as contrast.The results show that there are decrease of CD 3、CD 4/CD 8,compared with healthy people of the contrast group.There are magnificant elevations of soluble interleukin-2 receptor(SIL-2R) of the sreums,compared with the healthy people of the contrast group.It is suggested that the immune function of patients with reccurent simple herpetic keratitis is lower than that of healthy people.The higher level of soluble interleukin-2 receptor(SIL-2R) may be one of the causes of this condition.This discovery can provide a foundation for immunotherapy.
