糖皮质激素对家兔骨小梁结构的影响

EFFECT OF GLUCOCORTICOID ON THE STRUCTURE OF BONE TRABECULAE IN RABBITS

给家兔每天肌注氟美松 0 1 5mg/kg皮质激素连续给 4周和 8周处死 ,通过扫描电镜观察了兔股骨近端骨小梁结构的变化 ,结果显示随用药时间延长骨小梁变细 ,其连续性遭破坏 。

Glucocorticoid is widely used in hospitals,and its mayor harm is osteoporosis.High dose of dexamethasonum was administered to rabbits for from four to eight weeks respectively.With the use of scanning electron microscope(SEM),the authors observed the bone trabecula at the proximal metaphysis of the femur in the rabbits.With the period of treatment became longer,there were manifested ations of thinning and discontinuance of the trabeculae.Apparently,these structural changes were followed by decline of the mechanical strength.
