摘要
以16V240ZJ柴油机的钢顶铝裙组合活塞为例,按三维有限元弹性接触问题进行计算.分析其在最大气体爆发压力作用下的机械变形和应力分布规律.为研究组合活塞的变形和应力状态,进行变形设计提供了依据.
Taking the steel head aluminum skirt composite piston as an example, calculates the distribution laws of its mechanical deformation and stresses under the action of the biggest gas explosive force according to three dimension finite element elastic contact problem. Provides a basis for studying the deformation and stresses distribution of composite piston and for the deformation design.
