分析了挤泥机轴类零件失效的两种形式:断裂和变形,认为90%以上的挤泥机断轴都属于疲劳破坏,指出了破坏的特点,论述了在设计和制造中应注意的问题和解决方法.
<Abstract>After analysing two forms of fracture and deformation of extruder's axile's spare part failure,the author claims that almost 90% fracture of extruder's axile belong to fatigue failure ,points out its failure characteristics, and discusses the problems which should be noted on designing and manufacturing and their preventive measures.
