晚期非小细胞肺癌各种治疗疗效分析

分析晚期非小细胞肺癌229例,分别采用综合治疗,单纯放疗、单纯化疗三种不同方法进行治疗及疗效分析。其中综合治疗组疗效显著高于单化组、单放组,总有效率分别为68.96％、49.17％、50.00％,(P<0.01),单化组与单放组的疗效无统计学差异。(P>0.05)。各种治疗的疗效与病理类型、临床分期关系密切。

Curative effects of various therapy methods for Non -small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) advanced stage were analysised. From Januaryl994 to July 1995,229 patients with NSCLC advanced stage were treated by three methods of general therapy (radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy et al), radiotherapy, chemotherapy. The total effective rates of the patients who received general therapy were obviously higher than chemotherapy and radiotherapy alone groups , they were68. 96% ,49. 17% ,50. 00% (P<0. 01 )respectively, there was not difference of statistics between chemotherapy alone and radiotherapy alone(P>0. 05). A close relationship was found among the total effective rates and phathological classification and stage.
