东北地区野豌豆属物种生物学研究X.染色体和种子水溶蛋白多样性的研究

BIOSYSTEMATIC STUDIES ON VICIA L.IN NORTHEAST CHINA X.STUDY ON DIVERSITY OF CHROMOSOME AND SEED WATER－SOLUBLE PROTEIN

东北地区野豌豆属植物在染色体水平上，种内和种间都存在多样性，种间表现为染色体数目和形态的差异，而在种内主要是染色体数目的差异。在种子水溶蛋白水平上，仅发现种间存在明显差异，染色体倍性与种子水溶性蛋白没有相关性，似乎表明东北地区野豌豆属的多倍体是同源多倍体。

Diversity of infraspecific and interspecific chromosome were found in the viola occuring Northeast China. Variation of chromosome number and morphology was showed among species,and one of chromosome number was found within species. Characters in seed watersoluble protein differed from species to species,but this variation in seed water-soluble protein was not related with polyploidy,showing polyploids of the genus Vicia in northeast China be autopolyplids.
