本文介绍了在篮球比赛中，如何对核心队员的盯人防守技术，重点在持球防守和无球防守的技术上加以论述，并提出在防守核心队员的几点建议。
The paper is about the skill on man-to-man defence against the key players in the basketball match. The writer expounded the skill of defence against the player with a ball and the players without a ball in detail and put forward somesuggestion on man-to-man de fence against the key players.
