国产氟罗沙星治疗急性细菌性感染190例疗效及安全性评价

Efficacy and safety of fleroxacin made in China for the treatment of acute bacterial infections

目的:观察国产氟罗沙星片治疗急性细菌性感染的临床和细菌学疗效及不良反应。方法选择主要为门诊就诊的各类轻、中度急性细菌性感染患者共190例,应用国产氟罗沙星片200mg/次,口服,Bid或400mg/次,口服,Qd,疗程4—14日”。结果:总痊愈率和总有效率分别为63.68％和95.78％,细菌阴转率为95.60％。不良反应发生率为19.32％。结论:氟罗沙星片是一种抗菌谱广、抗菌活性高、对各种细菌性感染均有较好疗效的抗生素,每天只需1次口服,不良反应一般较轻。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of oral fleroxacin made in China for the treatment of acute bacterial infections. Methods 190 patients suffered from acute mild or moderate bacterial infections were recruited mainly from outpatients. Fleroxacin was administered orally at dosage of 400mg once a day or 200mg twice daily for 4-14 days. Results The overall clinical cure rate and overall efficacy rate were 63. 68% and 95. 78% respectively. The bacterial eliminating rate and change rate from positive to negative were 95. 71% and 95. 60% respectively. Adverse events rate were 19. 32%. Conclusion The results showed that fleroxacin was a new oral trifluoroquinolone with a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity characterized by pronounced activity against various bacteria, orally once a day, mild adverse events.
