102例老年性肺不张纤支镜检查结果分析

The rseults of examination with fiberbronchoscope in 102 cases

通过对102例老年性肺不张进行纤支镜检查发现,老年性肺不张首发病因是肿瘤(62/102,60％),其次为炎症(33/102,33％),及结核(7/102,7％)。说明老年性肺不张应用纤支镜检查是十分必要的。

To evaluate the diagnostic value of fiberbronchoscope in senile atelectasis. 102 cases of senile atelectasis were examined with fiberbronchoscope. The results show that the causes of senile atelectasis mainely were tumor (62/102, 60% ), then infections (33/102, 30 % ) , and the last were TB(7/102 , 7 % ) , It is necessary for senile atelectasis to examine with fiberbronchoscope .
