摘要
用熔盐提拉法生长了Bi：Bi12SiO20（BSO）晶体，采用二波耦合光路测试了晶体的增益系数、衍射效率．实验结果表明：Bi，BSO晶体的光折变性能优于纯BSO晶体。
The growth technology of the Bi : Bi12SiO20 crystal is reported in ho paper. Gain coefficient, diffractive efficiency, holographic erasion characteristis and photoconduction of this crystal are studied by using two-wave couple measuring arrangement, The photorefractive properties of Bi : BSO are superior to the pare BSO Crystal.
