利用气候变暖趋势大力发展黑龙江省的粮食生产

在近２０多年全球气候变暖的总趋势中，我国黑龙江省的变暖程度在我国最为突出。与此相应，其大于０ｏＣ的积温增加了１５０～２００ｏＣ，无霜期和生长期延长了７～１０ｄ，气候带向北推移了１００多ｋｍ。而国内外诸多气候模式预测今后几十年气候将继续变暖。本文依据黑龙江省的自然资源条件，探讨利用气候变暖这一新生农业气候资源，发展粮食生产的可能性。认为，完全有条件利用该省这一新生资源，发展粮食生产集约经营。
