迟发性外伤性脑脊液鼻漏耳漏的修复

Repair of delayed traumatic cerebrospinal fluid fistulae

目的:报告20例脑脊液鼻漏和1例脑脊液耳漏的处理。方法:采用大移植片对迟发性脑脊液漏施行铺盖式的修补并取得良好效果。结果:21例病人均一次手术修补成功,经长期随访无一例病人复发。结论:我们采用的大片筋膜铺盖式修补法简便易行,效果满意。

To discuss the operative techniques for treatment of delayed traumatic cerebrospinal fluid fistulae in order to improve the surgical result. Method:20 cases of traumatic cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea and one case of cerebrospinal fluid ot-orrhea were treated by spreading a large fascial patch graft over the cranial base. Result:All the cases were repaired successfully and there was no recurrence after being followed up for 1 to 20 years. Conclusion:Spreading a large fascial patch over the cranial base fracture defect is a advisable method for treatment of the delayed traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage.
