丘脑肿瘤的显微手术治疗

Microsurgical operation for thala- mic tumors

目的:复习和研究丘脑肿瘤的外科治疗效果.方法:本组均经显微外科手术治疗.结果:显效17例,改善5例,无变化2例,加重2例,无手术死亡.结论:丘脑肿瘤位于脑的深部,其外科治疗颇有争议,但如应用显微外科技术和激光、超声外科吸引器(CUSA)等手术器械以及术者耐心细致的手术操作,术后再辅以必要的放疗、化疗、免疫治疗等综合性措施,可望获得满意的疗效.

To study the surgical curative effect of thalamic tumors. Method: All the patients had undergone microsurgical operations. Result: Notable effect were gained in 17 cases, improved in 5, unchanged in 2 and worse in 2. There were no operative mortality. Conclusion; Thalamic tumors located in the brain deeply, their surgery is controversial. Microsurgical resection with the aid of recently developed , surgical apparatus such as laser,CUSA etc.combined with other postoperative treatment, such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Satisfactorytherapeutic effect might be gained.
