摘要
目的研究停跳液预处理对大鼠缺血/再灌注心肌收缩功能的影响。方法应用离体Langendorf逆行灌注模型,观察停跳液处理时心肌缺血及再灌注前后LVEDP、DP、+dp/dt、-dp/dt、CF以及灌流液中蛋白含量和LDH活性变化。结果在缺血期间,停跳液预处理显著延迟了心肌缺血性挛缩的发生时间。再灌注期间,促进了心脏收缩功能的恢复,减少了心肌细胞中蛋白和LDH的漏出。结论停跳液预处理对心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用,提示该方法可能有临床应用前景。
Objective To study the influence of cardioplegic preconditioning on the contractile function of isolated inchemic/reperfused rat heart.Methods The Langendorff model of isolated perfused rat heart was used to study the effects of cardioplegic preconditioning on LVEDP,DP,+dp/dt,-dp/dt,CF,protein contents and LDH activity before and after ischemia/reperfusion.Results Compared with the control group,cardioplegic preconditioning benefited the recovery of cardiac heamodynamics. It significantly delayed the onset of ischemic contracture.And during reperfusion period,it improved the recovery of contractile function and minimized the leakage of intracellular protein and lactate dehydrogenase.Conclusion Cardioplegic pre-conditioning has protective effects against ischemia/reperfusion injury,and hence,might be a promising measure clinically.
