摘要
ＢＯＴ作为一种全新的融资建设方式，已经为世界上众多国家采用。本文分析了ＢＯＴ在国内外的开展，实施与管理，财务计划与技术方案，风险等。提出了在中国实施ＢＯＴ项目的途径。
This paper discussed the applications of BOT at home and abroad,management methods,financial package, technical solution and risk and put forward suggestions of BOT in China.
