摘要
利用烟度模拟试验、热管氧化试验、板式成焦器试验详细考察了聚异丁烯加入量、聚异丁烯分子量、加氢聚异丁烯和非加氢聚异丁烯与油品排烟性能、清净性能的关系,使用高低分子量聚异丁烯复合研制了满足JASO M345规格要求的低烟型超级风冷二冲程汽油机油。
A detail study on the relationship of polyisobutene addition,molecullar weight ofthe polyisobutene, hydrogenated polyisobutene and nonhydrogenated polyisobutene versus thefume exhaust and cleanliness properties using the fume simulation test, thermotube oxidation testand plate coker test is shown in this paper,and a lower fume super air --cooled two --strokesgasoline engine oil meeting JASO M345 specification is formulated by composition of the lowerand higher molecular weigh polyisobutene.
