总结了面神经瘫痪 7例的专科护理体会。术前护理的重点是心理护理、口腔护理及其它的准备。术后护理的重点是呼吸道的观察和护理 ,伤口局部及移植皮瓣的观察 ,严密观察游离皮瓣的血运 ,对出入量的观察和护理 ,保证营养的供给 。

We overview the nursing experience abut7cases facial nerve paralysis patients,key points of preoperative nursing:psychological nursing,oral nursing and oth- er preparation.postoperative observation and nurse about respiratory tract,local wound nurse and that of transplanted flap.for example,its blood supply,input and output,to make sure its nutrient supply oral nursing.
