摘要
教学质量评价是护理继续教育教学过程的重要环节。在内科护理实践与进展提高班中,设计了学员对教师教学质量信息反馈表,包括2项指标、6项属性,用专家咨询法经集值统计迭代法确定权重,学员分大专组和中专组,用优序法对教师教学质量进行评价排序,结果是:1.临床护士对提高自我素质有着迫切要求;2.需要培养具有全面教学能力的年轻护理师资;3.通过教学评价,不断改进课程设置,提高教学质量,办出特色。
The measufement of education quality is very important in continued nurse education, we designed a feed back table about education quality,include 2 quality index and 6 properties,determine the weight through experts' interview and statistical method,put education quality of teachers in proper order by optimization method. Results:1, nurses show urgent requirement in selfimprovement. 2,we need more and more young teachers with all round ability. 3,improve education quality by teaching measurement.
