肾移植后监测环孢素A血药浓度与β_2-微球蛋白的临床意义

摘要 监测46例肾移植术后病人69份CsA血药浓度及血、尿β_2-MG水平,结果表明:术后肾功能正常组其血、尿β_2-MG比术前均明显降低,CsA急性肾中毒组尿β_2-MG与术后肾功能正常组相比显著升高,而急性排斥组其血、尿β_2-MG均显著升高。结果提示,测定β_2-MG有助于鉴别CsA肾中毒和移植排斥反应,对及时调整CsA用量具有重要临床意义。 The 69 results of cyclosprine A(CsA) blood concentration and β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) in serum and urine were detected in 46 renal transplanted recipients. It indicated that β2-MG in serum and urine of patients with normal renal function decreased significantly after op-eration. Only β2-MG in urine of CsA nephrotoxicity patients increased. However β2-MG in serum and urine were all remarkable increased in the acute rejection group. The results suggested that determining β2-MG could distinguish CsA nephrotoxicity and graft rejection. It has important clinical significance for regulatating the dosage of CsA.
