摘要
本文结合生产实践对低塑性难变形的高合金荣氏体模具钢Cr12的锻造，从其工艺特点，钢锭与银比的选择，锻造工艺的具体制定和锻造过程中常见的质量问题等方面进行探讨。
A discussion was made of the procedure for forging Cr12 steel, a high alloy ledeburiticdie steel with low plasticity and high resistance to deformation, mainly concerning the process features,the selection of steel ingot and forging ratio, the formulation of forging procedures, and the qulity-relatedproblems associated with the forging practice.
