摘要
本文详细介绍转炉MIS工程，指出计算机网络给转炉生产管理和行政管理带来很大方便，可见MIS是现代管理的基础。
The MIS (management of information system) project undertaken at the converterplant, Guangzhou Iron and Sted Co- Ltd is described in detail. It is indicated that the computernetwork has greatly facilitated the managements and administration of production at the plant, and thatthe MIS has become the basis of modem production management.
