摘要
本实验按跨神经节溃变原理,用抗氟化物酸性磷酸酶(FRAP)法和显微测量,对大鼠腓浅神经一级传入纤维在脊髓胶状质(SG)定位投射进行了定量分析。 大鼠腓浅神经向SG的纵向投射主要为L2~L6。L2~L6各节段SG水平向“眉毛状反应带”宽所测均值分别为0.795、0.849、0.913、0.921、0.852mm,而腓浅神经向L2~L6各节段SG水平向投射所测值分别于0.447~0.533、0.384~0.561、0.351~0.598、0.338~0.611、0.383~0.561mm之间的范围,显示腓浅神经反应带占居SG中间区域。
The quantitive analysis of the orientational projections of the primary afferent fibers of the superficial peroneal nerve to the substantia gelatinosa (SG) of rat's spinal cord were made in accordance with the principle of transganglion degeneration by adopting fluoride-resistant acidphos-phatase (FRAP) method and micromeasurement technigue.The Longitudinal projection of the superficial peroneal nerves to SG were found in L2-6. The mean value (mm) of horizontal eyebrow-like reactive zone of the SG in L2-6 were measured to be 0. 795,0.849,0.913,0.921 and 0.852 respectively. The mean value (mm) measured horizontal projection of the superficial peroneal nerve to L2-6 was 0.447-0.533, 0.384-0. 561, 0.351-0.598, 0. 338-0.611, 0. 383-0. 561, respectively. The results show that the reactive zone of the superficial per-o- neal nerve occupied mediate area of SG.
