枳椇果提取液对离体家兔小肠收缩活动的影响及机制探讨

Discussion on the Mechanism and Effect of Hovenia Dulcia Thunb (HDT) on the Contraction of Small Intestines of Rabbits

枳(木具)果提取液(HDT)能加强离体家兔小肠平滑肌的收缩活动。此作用不受酚妥拉明、心得安和阿托品的影响,提示HDT加强家兔小肠平滑肌收缩作用不是通过M、α和β受体,可能是通过直接改变小肠新陈代谢或其他方式来实现的。

It was observed in our experiment that HDT increased the contraction of the smooth muscles in the small intestines and hentolamine, propranolol and atropini had no influence on the effect of HDT on the contraction of small intestines. The results suggest that sucn an effect of HDT is free from M, α and β receptors, and might be gained from the change of metabolism of small intestines or from other ways.
