葛花露的组方机理及临床疗效观察

Puerariae Flos Essence's Mechanism of Filling Prescription and Observation of Clinical Curative Effect

葛花露是在古代名方的基础上配制的一种融预防、治疗与保健于一体的醒酒饮料,配方主要由葛花、白豆蔻等十余味中药组成。本文从中医角度论述了它的组方机理及从临床方面验证了它的疗效。临床观察方法:选20例自愿受试者测定最小致醉酒量,并将其随机分为两组,用药组服用葛花露,对照组服用饮料。观察饮酒到达致醉量前服用葛花露的预防作用及饮酒到达致醉量后服用葛花露的治疗作用。结果:葛花露不仅有较好的预防醉酒作用,同时还有较好的治疗醉酒作用。

Puerariae flos essence is a kind of drink to help to dispel the effects of alcohol, which is prepared on the basis of the famous ancient prescrition, having the function of prevention, treatment and health protection. It includes more than 10 kinds of chinese medicinal herbs such as Puerariae flos and Amomum cardamomum. This paper discussed, from chinese medicine, the mechanism of filling prescription and tested its curative effect from clinical manifestations. The methods of clinical observation: selecting 20 voluntary subjects, determining their minimum bearing amount of alcohol and then dividing them into 2 groups in a stochastic way; the group of taking medicine drank puerariae flos essence and the coutrast group used drinks. The results of repeated observaticn show that puerariae flos essence has not only a good preventive action on drunk effect, but also a good curative action on drunk effect.
