Clinic and Muscle Pathologic Contrast Analysis before and after Treatment for Lipid Storage Myopathy

报告2例经肌活检证实的脂质沉积性肌病,经4周激素和核黄素治疗后,复查肌肉组织,发现脂质消失与病情、病程成正相关。并对治疗前后临床和肌肉病理对照分析,强调复查的必要性,以指导临床,判断预后。

It is reported that 2 patients diagnosed as lipid storage myopathy were treated with hormone and riboflavin for 4 weeks, and on examining the musele tissues once again, the lipid disapear-ance was found to accord with the conditon and the course of the disease. According to the clinic and muscle pathologic contrast analyses, it is well emphasized that examining again after treatment is neces-savy so as to guide clinical practice and judge of prognoses.
