摘要
本文阐述了一种由微处理器及其接口芯片构成的炉控系统,该系统采用了四回路PID控制,并通过高性能“看门狗”电路、串行显示等抗干扰设计措施,克服了微机受磁场干扰、电源波动等引起的死机问题。
In this paper, a boiler control system composed of a microprocessor and its interfacing chips is put forward. Four PID control loops are adopted in the system. The machine-death problem, caused by magnetic interference, power supply flucthetion and so on,is solved with high performanced watch -dog circuit and series display.
