体外震波碎石术前后左室舒张功能变化的超声研究

The ultrasonics research of diatolic function change of heart's left ventricle before and after ESWL

目的:探讨体外震波碎石术(ESWL)对左室舒张功能的影响。方法:用二维彩色多普勒超声显像仪测量了67例肾结石患者ESWL前后的左室舒张功能,并与20例相似年龄正常人相对照。结果:碎石后左室舒张功能指标舒张早期流速峰值(PE)、舒张早期流速时间积分(SE)较碎石前显著降低(P<0.01);舒张晚期流速时间积分(SA)、舒张晚期流速峰值(PA)与PE比值(PA/PE)较前显著性增高(P<0.05)。结论:提示体外震波所产生的生物效应对左室舒张功能有一定的影响。

Objective: For discussing the influence of ESWLupon diastolic function of heart's left ventricle. Methods: 67 patients with kidney stone before and after ESWL, were examined by Two Dimention Colour Doppler Visulization Instrument, and meanwhile 20 normal people same aged with the patients were also tested. Results: It's turn out that, the diatolic function targets of heart's left ventricle such as PE, SE after ESWL were obviously reduced than onebefore ESWL (P<0. 01); while SA, PA/PE were apparently increased (P<0. 05). Conclusions; It indicated that, the biological effect arose by vibrate wave outside human body has a certain influence over the diatolic function of heart's left ventricle.
