摘要
目的:探讨煤矿工人红细胞免疫粘附功能的变化。方法:采用补体致敏酵母菌凝聚花环法测定了某煤矿井下采煤工人和煤工尘肺病人血液红细胞免疫粘附功能。结果:接煤尘组和煤工尘肺RBC.C_3b.RT显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。接煤尘组和煤工尘肺组RBC.IC.RT显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:煤尘导致煤工尘肺的发展过程中,红细胞免疫系统及其功能可能发生改变,表现为继发性红细胞免疫功能低下。
Objectives: the purpose of our study is toprobe the meaning of changing red blood cell immune adherence functon in coal miners and pneumoconiosis of coal miners. Methods: It was measureed that the RBC. C3b. RT and RBC. IC. RT of coal miners group and pneumoconiosis of coal miner by agglutination garland test of complement sensitized yeast. Results: The results show that RBC. C3b. RT of coal miners group and pneumoconiosis of coal miner is obviously low than that of control (P<0. 01) and the RBC. IC. RT of coal miners group and pneumoconiosis of coal miner is obviously high than that of control (P<0. 01). Conclusions: It is indicated that red blood cell immune system and functionmay be changed during develping pneumoconiosis of coal miner, which is secondary decreased.
