摘要
目的:观察细胞生物膜对外源性ATP的通透性。方法:应用人类小肠上皮细胞缺氧—再给氧模型以及同位素示踪方法。结果:显示~3H—ATP可部分进入正常小肠上皮细胞内;细胞经缺氧—再给氧处理后,~3H—ATP内流量成倍增加。结论:应用外源性ATP可能具有直接供能或激发线粒体产能的作用。
Objective: To observe permeability of cell membrane to exogenous adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Methods: Using the model of hypoxia and reoxygenation (H/R) in fetal intestinal epithelial cells (IEC), and the method of isotope tracer. Results: The results showed the 3H -ATP can partly enter human IEC. especially during H/R period the amount was enarly doubled. Conclusion: It is possible of direct energy provision and a priming effect of exogenous ATP on the resynthesis of cellular ATP in mitochondria.
