鼻翼软骨整形在隆鼻术中的应用

The Application of Lower Lateral Cartilages Remodification in Augmentation Rhinoplasty

目的:为探讨鼻翼软骨先天形态异常所致的鼻下部畸形美容整形治疗,其常见的临床表现是鼻尖园钝、低塌、鼻小柱较短、鼻梁低平。方法:1995年以来,26例鼻部美容整形的病人,根据病人不同的鼻部形态和要求,选用不同的鼻模型隆鼻及鼻下部整形术。结果:取得了满意的整形美容效果。结论:认为鼻翼软骨重新塑形,在鼻下部美容手术中,起着重要的作用。本文详细介绍了鼻翼软骨重新塑形的方法、以及手术要点。

Objective: To investigate the aesthetic surgical treatment of the defects of the tip and alar caused by congenital alar cartilage. Its clinical charaters are unprojecting nose with flat and low nasion and hanging tip. Methods: From 1995. We choose 4 different kinds of rhinoplasty and tiplasty procedures on 26 cases individually, depending on various nasal contours and requirements of different patients. Results: Satisfactory results were obtained. Conclusions: we believe the remodification of the lower lateral cartilages plays an important role in the operative procedure of tip refinements. This article introduces the procedure and keypoints in the remodification of lower lateral cartilages.
