豚鼠面神经颊支在核团定位研究-HRP法

Study the local of buccal of facial nerve in facial nucleus-method of HRP

目的:使用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)逆行追踪法,观察豚鼠面神经颊支在核团内定位,以便进一步对豚鼠面神经亚核研究及其它研究提供一种方法。方法:HRP逆行追踪法。结果:豚鼠面神经颊支所属亚核定位,位于面神经核团的外侧群(L)、中间群(DI、VI)、背外侧群(DL)。结论:明确了豚鼠面神经颊支在核团内的定位,同时证实HRP逆行追踪方法是可靠的。

Objective: Observe the buccal of facial nerve subgroup in facial nerve nucleus of guinea pig location were using HRP retrograde tracing and for further reacher it. Methods: HRP retrograde tracing. Results:The subgroup were siguated in L, DI, VI, DL of facial nuleus. Conclusion: Using HRP retrograde tracing for location was reliabli.
