高热对癌细胞杀伤敏感性的体外研究

In vitro studies on hypertbermeia killing sensitity of cancer cells

目的:用高热杀伤癌细胞为临床用高热治疗癌症,特别在癌症根治术中用高热净化自体血回输及外周血造血干细胞移植治疗各种实体瘤提供了重要的有用资料。方法:取病人胸腹水400～500ml,肝素抗凝,以3000转/分离心3min,分离癌细胞将癌细胞分别置于41.5℃,42.5℃和44℃水浴热处理30min,离心,涂片观察细胞形态质量。结果:证实40～42.5℃处理30分钟后正常血细胞形态质量较前无明显变化。而癌细胞则随温度升高而形态质量呈进行性缩小退变及溶解破坏。结论:提示癌细胞对热杀伤的敏感性明显较正常血细胞高。

Objective: It provides available information for curing cancer with hyperthermia. expecially for auto blood transfusion with hyperthermia cleaning on thorough canceractomy and for curing various kinds of tumor without stem cell transplantation. Mehtods: Both cancer cells and blood cells were heated by hyperthermia . the shape -quality change of them have been observed in theessay. Results: It indicade that they were heated by 40-42. 5 C temperature, the shape -quality of normal blood cells has no evidently change, but that of cancer cells have changed promimently, canaer cells have gradually changed small, dissolution and destruction. Conclusion: Thus we hold that hyperthermia killing sensitivity of cancer cells is significantly higher than that of normal blood cells.
