摘要
目的:了解缺锌对海马发育影响的机制,通过原位缺口平移(ISNT)标记,观察缺锌对睾丸生精细胞凋亡的影响。方法:选用Wistar雄性大鼠16只,均分为对照组(ZC)和缺锌组(ZD)。喂养四周后,采用原子吸收分光光度法,测定血清和睾丸锌的含量;采用原位缺口平移技术观察睾丸曲细精管中细胞凋亡数目的变化。结果:在ZD组大鼠血清锌明显降低的情况下,ZD大鼠睾丸内锌含量明显降低,睾丸曲细精管生精细胞凋亡的数目明显增多。结论:锌是睾丸发育所必需的营养素,缺锌可诱发睾丸生精细胞凋亡。
Objective: To study the changes of the testis apoptosis on zinc deficient rats will promote the understanding of the affecting molecular mechanism of zinc deficiency on the develpment and function of testis. Methods: 16 wistar rats were divided into zinc control group (ZC) and zinc deficiency groups (ZD). The serum and testis zinc contents were measured with atomic absorse method: the apoptosis of the spermatogenic cells was studied with in situ nick translation (ISNT) technique. Result: Under zinc deficient status, the zinc contents of the serum and testis were obviously decreased (P<0. 05). the apoptosis numbers of the spermatogenic cells were significantly increased (P<0. 01). Conclusion: The adequate amount of zinc is essential for the develpment of testis. while zinc deficiency can make a harmful effect on it, this affect is perhaps carried out by different ways, but the increasing apoptosis numbers of the spermatogenic cells might be one of the molecular michanism of the effect of zinc deficiency on testis develpment.
