多形核白细胞与尘肺

摘要 目前,对尘肺的研究多集中在无机粉尘进入肺脏后,同肺巨噬细胞(AM)相互作用过程上,以及在这个相互作用过程中肺AM释放的一些细胞生物活性物质。尽管无机粉尘同肺AM相互作用以及肺AM释放的生物活性物质在尘肺的发生和发展过程中的重要作用,已经认识得愈来愈清楚。但是,吸入无机粉尘后,在尘肺的炎性损伤和肺间质纤维化过程中,血液多形核白细胞(PMN)及分泌产物的作用,涉及甚少。
