Table -tennis and training principles are the reflection of the objective rules of the table -tennis teaching and training and the incarnation of their inherent sence. The principles are the summation and generalization of the experienes which have come from long -term practice and carry universal significance. They dicide the teaching and training methods and their results are the guide lines the table ?tennis coaches must go by when they orgnize and guide their practice.
