长时段超深低温冷冻保存对兔肌腱力学性能影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨不同时段超深低温冷冻保存对兔肌腱力学性能的影响。方法 以 1 5 %二甲基亚砜 (DMSO)为低温保护剂 ,采用两步冷冻法 ,对青紫兰兔肌腱用 - 50℃温度冷冻预处理 ,- 1 96℃液氮保存 1 8d ,1 80d ,360d ,测试前用 40℃水浴复温 ,进行肌腱拉伸实验。结果 肌腱破坏荷载 (N) :对照组 ,1 8d,1 80d,360d组分别为 66 .0± 1 9.49,65 .0± 7.0 7,54 .0± 1 1 .4和 39.0± 1 .2。肌腱延伸率 (% ) :对照组 ,1 8d ,1 80d,360d组依次为 63 .5± 1 7.3 ,38.6± 0 .98,30 .6± 0 .47和 2 1 .9± 9.2 9。结论 肌腱破坏荷载和肌腱延伸率 ,360d与对照组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) 。 Objective To investigate the effect of ultra-lowtemperature of green purple blue the biomechanical of tendon tissue at different period in rabbit.Methods To adopt two frozen methods,with 15 % DMSO for low temperature protective reagent,the tendon tissue with -50°C of preliminary treatment temperature,frozen pretreatment in liquid nitrogen were preserved for 18 days,180 days and 360 days,before test return temperature with 40 ℃ water bath,every group tendon 8 part stretch test.Results The tendon destroy load(N):the control group,18 day group,180 day group,360 day group were(66.6±19.49),(65.0±7.07),(54.0±11.4),(39.0±1.2).The tendon prolongation rate(%):the control group,18 day group,180 day group,360 day group were(63.5±17.3),(38.6±0.98),(30.6±0.47),( 21.9±9.29).Conclusion The tendon prolongation rate,there were significant difference between of 360 day group(P< 0.01) and control group,by allograft tendon of different period of preservation at ultra-low temperature of the tendon prolongation rate of green purple blue rabbit to drop.
