区域经济发展条件分析是区域经济发展研究的始点，这一过程是否科学合理，直接影响区域经济发展研究的质量．本文就其理论依据及基本途径进行初步讨论，试图把区域经济发展条件分析由感性认识上升到理性认识，为深化区域经济发展研究服务．

The study of regional economic development begins with the analysis of its conditions. Whether its process is reasonable will derectly affect the quality of regional economic development. In this paper the theoretical basis and the ways of the analysis on the conditions are discussed so that the analysis may be raised from perceptual to rational cognition and served for promoting the study of regional ecomomic development.
