摘要
猕猴桃果实在生长发育过程中,以6月份生长最快,干物质和总糖含量由低到高变化.脂肪含量生长前期降低,生长后期升高,维生素C含量随果实的发育而下降,成熟期又升高.9月下旬,干物质、总糖、脂肪、维生素C含量都相对稳定.
Within the whole period of development of fruits of ActinUta chinensis,they grow fastest in June and the contents of dry matter and total sugar changed from low to high level. The content of fat is low in the earlier stage of growth, and begins to rise in the later stage. The content of Vc decreases as the fruits grow and develop,but in the stage of maturity it rises again.In the last ten days of September the contents of dry matter,total sugar,fat and Vc of fruits are all relatively stable.
