Treatment of Barton′s Fractures with Open Reduction and Internal Fixation T-type Plate

目的 分析手术复位 T型钢板内固定治疗 Barton骨折的临床疗效。方法 自 1998年 6月起 ,对 18例 Barton骨折 ,其中掌侧型 15例 ,背侧型 3例 ,均采用手术复位 T型钢板内固定治疗。结果 本组 18例均获随访 ,随访时间为 12～38个月 ,平均 2 1.2个月 ,骨折全部愈合 ,腕关节功能按改良 Mcbride评分和纽约骨科医院腕关节评估标准评定 ,优 10例 ,良 6例 ,可 1例 ,差 1例 ,优良率为 88.9%。结论 手术复位 T型钢板内固定是治疗

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Barton′s fractures treated by open reduction and internal fixation T-type plate.Methods From June 1998, 18 patients with Barton′s fractures were treated by open reduction and internal fixation T-type plate.There were 15 volar Barton′s fractures and 3 dorsal Barton′s fractures.Results 18 patients were followed up for 12～38 months, average 21.2 months.All patients achieved solid bone union.The evaluation of the results by Mcbride′s functional rating scale revealed excellent in 10 cases, good in 6 cases, fair in 1 case and poor in 1 case, excellent and good rate of clinical results were 88.9 %.Conclusion It is an ideal therapy to treat Brton′s fractures by open reduction and internal fixation with T-type plate.
