In this paper, a high speed and automatic inspection system, using CCD Camary andcomputer image processing, for complex geometric form parts, is discussed, and a devlopped experi- mental device for this and research results also is reported. It is explainde that using cotnmm B/WCCD Camary, 512×512 image card, multisige parts,that have maximum she 20mm, can beautomatically inspected, with inspection speed 15 parts/m. precision±35μm.
