颗粒子宫腺细胞的增殖、分化与孕酮关系的探讨

INVESTIGATION OF THE EFFECT OF PROGESTERONE ON GMG CELL′S PROLIFERATION AND DIFFERENTIATION IN THE MOUSE

有人认为颗粒子宫腺细胞的增殖与分化受孕酮调控。用免疫组织化学方法显示发育不同阶段颗粒子宫腺细胞的孕酮和孕酮受体，结果两者都为阴性。研究提示孕酮对颗粒子宫腺细胞的增殖。

According to some reports, it is said that the proliferation and differentiation of GMG cell in the mouse were controlled by progesterone. In this research, we studied progesterone (P) and progesterone receptor (PR) in GMG cells using immunohistochemical methods. The results were negative. This indicates that there is no direct relationship between progesterone and GMG cell′s proliferation and differentiation.
